This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel your Trigyfy subscription and when refunds apply. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Overview
Trigyfy is a subscription-based software service (SaaS) for Instagram comment and DM automation. Payments are processed by our payment partners — Razorpay for customers in India (prices in INR, inclusive of applicable GST) and Paddle for customers outside India. We never store your full card details.
2. Free trial
New accounts can start with a low-cost 14-day trial that includes a capped number of automated messages. The trial is designed so you can evaluate Trigyfy before committing to a paid Pro plan. Any trial fee, where charged, covers platform and messaging costs for the trial period and is non-refundable once automations have been used.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time — there are no cancellation fees:
- From your dashboard under Settings → Billing, or
- By emailing support@trigyfy.com from your registered email address.
Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. We do not automatically refund the unused portion of a period that has already been paid for.
4. Refunds
If Trigyfy is not right for you, you can request a refund within the following windows, counted from the date of the charge (initial purchase or renewal):
- Monthly plans: within 7 days (1 week) of the charge.
- Annual plans: within 30 days of the charge.
To request a refund, email support@trigyfy.com from your registered email address. Approved refunds cover the plan fee for the current period and are returned to your original payment method. After the applicable window, the plan is non-refundable for that period, but you can still cancel to stop future renewals.
5. When we always refund
We will issue a full refund to your original payment method in these cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- A proven billing error on our side.
- A verified technical failure that prevented you from using a plan you paid for and that we could not resolve.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay or Paddle. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@trigyfy.com — we resolve genuine issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
