You are always in control of the data Trigyfy holds about you. This page explains how to revoke Trigyfy's access to your Instagram account and how to permanently delete your Trigyfy account and all associated data.
1. Disconnect your Instagram account
Disconnecting stops all automations immediately and revokes Trigyfy's ability to act on your behalf:
- Log in to your Trigyfy dashboard.
- Go to Dashboard → Platforms.
- Find the connected Instagram account and click Disconnect.
You can additionally remove Trigyfy from the Instagram side: in the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove Trigyfy. This invalidates the access token issued to us.
2. Delete your account and all data
To permanently delete your Trigyfy account and every piece of data associated with it, email privacy@trigyfy.com (or support@trigyfy.com) from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my data".
Upon a verified request we delete:
- Your account and profile information
- Instagram connections, including stored (encrypted) access tokens
- All automations, captured leads, and activity history
- Usage counters and analytics tied to your account
Billing and invoice records may be retained where required by tax and accounting law; they are kept only as long as legally necessary.
3. Timeline and confirmation
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
